Shipping and Returns Information:

1 - All items are shipped either the same working day as ordered or, if the despatch deadline has passed, the next working day, and will be despatched by the method specified in your order. Where appropriate the cost of shipping will include additional insurance to cover high-value goods. As a minimum all goods will be sent using Recorded Delivery.

2 - Claims for non-delivery must be made to us withing one week of the specified delivery date, and must include all relevant information including the tracking number. Please email info@ultimatetransformation.co.uk or use the Contact Us page.

3 - Claims for damage must be made to us within two days of receipt and must include all relevant information. Please email info@ultimatetransformation.co.uk or use the Contact Us page.

4 - If you wish to return unwanted items you can return them for a full refund, provided:

• the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt
• all items returned are undamaged and unused
• all items are returned in their original packaging in resaleable condition
• the item was not marked as being ineligible for return

Please note that we will be unable to accept returns of unwanted items after 14 days.

5 - Refunds for downloadable products will only be made on receipt of an undertaking from you that you have not copied or in any other way saved the material contained in the product and that you undertake not to breach the copyright by selling, distributing or in any other way benefiting from the material.

Please note that these conditions are in addition to your statutory rights and do not replace or remove any statutory rights.
